It is also possible to send reports anonymously, but in such cases, it is important to know that further information cannot be requested if the circumstances or facts make it necessary. All reports will be analyzed by the designated reference person. Any confirmed violations will be handled in accordance with the internal disciplinary policy and/or legal/normative regulations. Any personal data provided, such as name, surname, email address, phone number, etc., will be processed in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of European Regulation No. 679/2016.
